I had the absolute pleasure of having Sophie come to my home to demonstrate her amazing culinary skills for friends and family for my recent 40th Birthday. Not only did Sophie inspire us with the incredible food she created, she filled us with confidence and showed us that we could replicate her delicious dishes with ease, even those of us in the group who were less confident in the kitchen.
